Waitlist and Roomate Update

Waitlist: The waitlist is now closed. We will reach out if a spot opens up. Please do not email us to be added.

Roommates: You will find out your roommate at check-in — not before. Please do not email us asking. We have a lot of attendees and cannot respond individually!

Here's what you need to know:

If you requested a specific roommate and they registered and paid on time, you are assigned together.
If your requested roommate did not register or pay on time, you may have a different roommate.
If you said you were flexible, we honored your preferences as best we can.

Think of it like summer camp — you won't know until you arrive! We feel your excitement and can't wait to see you there.

Consent forms - Action Required Before June 22

CSUN requires all conference attendees to sign a consent and agreement form before checking in. You will receive a link through Adobe Sign from DIC@nationaldi.org. Please sign all 4 parts of the form before you arrive on June 22. This will make check-in faster and smoother for everyone. We are so excited to see you soon!

Parking Permit Price Update

The parking permit price has been corrected to $15 — whether you purchase it for a day or a week, the price is the same. If you already paid before the price change, you will receive a refund through Zeffy for the difference. Important: CSUN requires proof of auto insurance for anyone driving to campus. Watch for a Google Form coming soon where you can upload your insurance information.

Registration Closing Date- June 5th

Registration now closes June 5th. This affects all payment plans, day passes, and parking permits. No payments accepted at the door.
